SEnuke AI Affiliate Terms

1. Eligibility and approval

Participation is by application and approval. SEnuke AI may approve, decline, suspend or revoke affiliate access at its discretion, including when a promotion method, audience, site or claim creates brand, legal, customer-experience or fraud risk. Approval applies only to the approved affiliate account and is not transferable.

2. Tracking, commissions and qualification

Approved partners may earn 30% recurring commission on qualifying subscriptions, renewals and eligible upgrades tracked and credited through JVZoo. A commission is not earned on refunded, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred, improperly attributed, cancelled or otherwise ineligible transactions. Tracking, attribution, payment timing, thresholds and processor handling are subject to the applicable JVZoo system and policies.

The $5,000 Founding Launch contest leaderboard is based on gross qualifying sales. Refunds and chargebacks are excluded. Any additional contest rules published by SEnuke AI form part of these terms.

3. Promotion and disclosure requirements

Affiliates must describe SEnuke AI, its workspaces, pricing, availability and capabilities accurately. Promotions must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship wherever required. Affiliates are responsible for complying with advertising, email, privacy, consumer-protection and other laws applicable to their location, audience and promotion method.

4. Prohibited conduct

Affiliates may not use deceptive, misleading, unlawful or brand-damaging tactics. Prohibited conduct includes false scarcity, fake reviews, invented proof, guaranteed-outcome claims, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, unauthorized incentives, misleading redirects, unsolicited commercial email or other spam, impersonation, trademark bidding or domain names that create confusion about official ownership, and any attempt to interfere with attribution or the JVZoo platform.

Paid advertising that uses SEnuke AI brand terms, misspellings or confusingly similar terms requires prior written approval. Affiliates may not present themselves as SEnuke AI, its staff or an official support channel.

5. Brand assets and partner content

The official SEnuke AI logo must be used exactly as supplied. It may not be recreated, altered, distorted, recolored or combined with another mark in a way that implies ownership, endorsement or a separate SEnuke AI product. Approved swipes and media may be personalized for the affiliate’s audience, but locked product identity, prices, dates, plan structure and claim boundaries may not be changed.

Affiliates retain responsibility for their own content, bonuses, representations and customer communications. Affiliate-created bonuses must be lawful, accurately described and fulfilled by the affiliate unless SEnuke AI has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and adjustments

Commissions and contest credit may be reversed or adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, fraud, policy violations, tracking corrections or other ineligible sales. Affiliates may not discourage customers from using legitimate refund or support processes.

7. Suspension and termination

SEnuke AI may pause commissions, investigate activity, suspend promotion rights or terminate participation when it reasonably believes these terms or applicable platform rules have been violated. Material deception, fraud, spam, unauthorized brand use or conduct likely to harm customers may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of affected unpaid commissions to the extent permitted by applicable rules and law.

8. General terms

SEnuke AI may update these terms, campaign details or approved promotional guidance. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The affiliate relationship is non-exclusive and does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise or authority to bind SEnuke AI.

SEnuke AI does not guarantee uninterrupted program availability, a minimum commission level, sales volume or earnings. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, business expenses and compliance obligations.
