I don't think we need another AI tool

AI should be saving time and improving results, not creating another management headache.

Hi [FIRST NAME],

I mentioned the other day that there's something fundamentally wrong with the way most businesses are using AI.

It isn't that the AI is bad.

Some of these tools are incredibly good.

The problem is that they usually work in isolation.

And this affects almost everyone trying to grow online.

If you're a solopreneur or entrepreneur, you're expected to somehow be the SEO expert, content strategist, analyst, conversion specialist and social marketer at the same time.

If you're running an established business, your website, analytics, SEO, content, social media and funnels often live in completely different systems.

If you're an ecommerce or marketplace seller, you're constantly trying to figure out how to get more targeted traffic, attract more buyers and increase sales.

If you're an agency, consultant or marketing service provider, multiply the problem by every client you manage.

And if you're an SEO or digital marketer, you're probably spending far too much time gathering data, analyzing opportunities, jumping between tools and deciding what deserves attention next.

That's time that could be spent actually growing the business.

Your SEO tool doesn't really know what your analytics discovered.

Your content tool doesn't know whether the content increased rankings or generated sales.

Your social tool doesn't understand the larger growth strategy.

Your AI assistant might give you an excellent answer today, but next week you're rebuilding the context all over again.

So we keep adding more tools.

More agents.

More prompts.

More subscriptions.

More information.

More headaches.

But we're still sitting in the middle trying to connect everything.

AI shouldn't just help businesses create more stuff.

It should help determine what's actually worth doing.

What could increase rankings.

Where targeted traffic might come from.

Where leads and sales are being lost.

Where marketing money is being wasted.

What could improve ROI.

And what deserves attention right now.

Then it should help get that work done, measure what happened and learn from the results.

That would save an enormous amount of time and eliminate a lot of the headaches that come with trying to manage modern digital marketing.

That's a completely different way of thinking about business AI.

And it leads to an interesting question...

What if the answer isn't another AI tool at all?

More on that soon.
