Affiliate Terms

These terms protect customers, affiliates and the SEnuke AI brand while keeping legitimate promotion straightforward. JVZoo platform rules also apply to promotions and transactions processed through JVZoo.

1. Agreement and platform relationship

By promoting SEnuke AI as an affiliate, you agree to these SEnuke AI Affiliate Terms, applicable laws and disclosure requirements, and the rules and agreements that govern your JVZoo account. For sales processed through JVZoo, JVZoo provides affiliate tracking, transaction reporting and commission processing.

If a JVZoo tracking or payment rule conflicts with a description of platform mechanics on this page, JVZoo's current platform rule controls the platform transaction. SEnuke AI's promotional restrictions still control how you are permitted to advertise SEnuke AI.

2. Affiliate approval

Affiliate participation is subject to approval. Applications may be reviewed using account history, refund behavior, recency, the promotion method described in the request and the quality or relevance of the proposed traffic source.

Affiliates with limited JVZoo history may be asked to provide a website, social channel, community, email audience or other verifiable promotion source. Approval can be denied or revoked when the promotion method is unclear, misleading, abusive or inconsistent with these terms.

3. Commission structure

Approved affiliates receive 30% recurring commission on qualifying SEnuke AI monthly and annual subscription transactions attributed to them through JVZoo, subject to payment status, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, reversals and JVZoo rules.

Qualifying renewals and eligible expansion transactions may also be commissionable where they are configured as commissionable within the applicable JVZoo offer. The JVZoo product listing and transaction record govern the amount actually credited.

Commission examples are illustrations only. No level of sales, earnings, conversion rate or recurring income is guaranteed.

4. Cookie and attribution policy

SEnuke AI uses JVZoo's platform attribution. JVZoo states that the last cookie gets the sale and describes its vendor cookie as lifetime.

In practical terms:

  • If Affiliate A sends a visitor first and the visitor later clicks Affiliate B's valid affiliate link before making a new purchase, Affiliate B can receive attribution for that new purchase because the later vendor cookie replaces the earlier one.
  • A first click is therefore not permanently protected against a later affiliate click.
  • If the visitor returns directly without clicking another affiliate link, the existing vendor attribution can remain in place, subject to JVZoo tracking, cookie availability and browser or device behavior.
  • Deleting cookies, changing devices or browsers, privacy controls, tracking prevention and other technical conditions can affect whether a cookie remains available.
  • Recurring commissions are paid according to the affiliate and rebill configuration recorded by JVZoo for the qualifying subscription transaction.

Affiliate Sync is used to copy approved affiliates across the SEnuke AI Founding Launch offer set. Affiliate Sync is not a replacement attribution system. JVZoo's own tracking determines which affiliate is credited.

5. PPC, paid search and other paid traffic

Allowed: generic, non-branded paid search, paid social, display, native and other lawful paid advertising that accurately represents SEnuke AI and complies with these terms.
Restricted without prior written approval: bidding on, purchasing, intentionally targeting or otherwise capturing paid search traffic for SEnuke branded terms.

Restricted branded terms include, without limitation:

  • SEnuke
  • SEnuke AI and SEnukeAI
  • senuke.com
  • obvious misspellings, spacing variations and close variants of the SEnuke or SEnuke AI name
  • branded combinations such as SEnuke AI coupon, SEnuke AI discount, SEnuke AI pricing, SEnuke AI review or similar searches that contain a protected SEnuke brand term

This restriction applies whether the keyword match type is exact, phrase, broad or an equivalent automated targeting method. Affiliates running broad paid search campaigns around adjacent topics should use practical negative keyword controls for SEnuke branded terms where the advertising platform supports them.

Affiliates may accurately name SEnuke AI in ad copy when targeting permitted generic traffic, provided the ad does not impersonate SEnuke AI, claim to be the official SEnuke AI advertisement or otherwise mislead the visitor about the affiliate relationship.

6. Trademark, domains and brand identity

You may use the SEnuke and SEnuke AI names descriptively to identify the product you are reviewing or promoting. You may not present yourself as SEnuke AI, create confusion about who operates your site or campaign, or imply an official partnership beyond your approved affiliate relationship.

  • Do not register or use domains, subdomains, social handles or account names that contain SEnuke, SEnuke AI or confusingly similar variations in a way that suggests the property is official.
  • Do not alter, redraw or replace official SEnuke AI brand assets in a way that misrepresents the brand.
  • Do not use SEnuke AI trademarks in deceptive redirects, cloaked destination pages or misleading display URLs.

7. Product claims, results and affiliate disclosure

Promote aggressively, but accurately. Use current product information and do not represent roadmap features as available today.

  • No guaranteed income, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, ROI or business-success claims.
  • No fake testimonials, fabricated results, false scarcity or invented customer experiences.
  • No misleading "push button," "effortless," "magic AI" or similar positioning that removes material conditions or customer responsibility.
  • Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever required by applicable law, platform policy or advertising rules.
  • Reviews should reflect genuine experience or clearly identify what is based on official product demonstrations and supplied information.

8. Email, social and traffic quality

Email and direct messaging must be permission based and comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing laws. Do not use purchased or harvested lists, deceptive sender identities, misleading subject lines or unauthorized mass messaging.

Social, community, video, review, webinar and content promotion are permitted when the promotion is accurate, disclosed where required and consistent with the rules of the platform on which it appears.

9. Affiliate bonuses, coupons and incentives

Affiliates may offer legitimate bonuses that they own or have the right to deliver, provided the bonus is accurately described and does not change the official SEnuke AI product terms, pricing, refund policy, deadlines or customer expectations.

  • Do not claim a bonus is supplied or endorsed by SEnuke AI unless that has been approved in writing.
  • Do not use fake discounts, invented coupon codes or coupon pages designed only to intercept existing SEnuke AI demand.
  • Only advertise SEnuke AI coupon or discount codes that have actually been issued or authorized for your promotion.
  • Cash rebates and sharing any portion of affiliate commissions with purchasers are prohibited.

10. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • Spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden affiliate links, adware, malware, deceptive redirects or other methods intended to manufacture or hijack attribution.
  • Impersonating SEnuke AI, its team, support staff or official advertising.
  • Misrepresenting pricing, plan access, launch deadlines, refunds, software capabilities or customer outcomes.
  • Using unlawful, deceptive or rights-infringing promotional methods.

11. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals

Commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, reversed, fraudulent or charged-back transactions may be withheld, reversed or removed in accordance with JVZoo and SEnuke AI rules. Contest results and other performance-based partner benefits may also be adjusted for invalid or reversed transactions.

12. Enforcement

SEnuke AI may contact an affiliate to correct a problem, restrict a promotional method, revoke approval, report abusive activity to JVZoo or disqualify affected transactions or contest activity when these terms are violated. Serious fraud, tracking abuse, impersonation or intentional brand bidding may result in immediate action.

13. Changes and questions

These terms may be updated when the program, law, advertising platforms or JVZoo requirements change. Material changes will apply prospectively where practical and may be communicated through Partner Headquarters or partner email updates.
